Yoga20 Calendar
Life is busy. Pelvic Health is important. Now you don’t have to choose between one or the other. With this calendar, you get a comprehensive approach to your overall pelvic health in right around 20 minutes a day. Each week you’ll do 2 stability classes with an optional 3rd on Saturday, 2 opening & mobility classes and 1-2 optional days where you can either rest or pick a class that lands well with your goals. This calendar is great for students who have already laid the foundation by either completing the Hypertonic Pelvic Floor calendar or have moved through Restore Your Pelvic Floor.
If you are at the beginning of your journey and in a flare or experiencing pain, please either complete the Hypertonic Pelvic Floor Calendar prior to Yoga20 OR email me so we can discuss a game-plan at chalee@pelvichealthyogi.com.
There are no repeats in this calendar so if a class lands well and makes you feel incredible and you’d like to visit it again, save it to your favorites and replace another class OR do it on the yogi choice day.
